HELP ME!!!!!

I've made a couple of beats already, but the one thing I cannot figure out how to keep track of are the sequences. I have folders for every beat that I've made, and all the samples, programs, and whatnot can be saved in those folders, but the sequences cannot? How do I keep track of my sequences so that when I load a program and choose it from the main screen, the sequces are already loaded and ready to go. Also, how do I keep from overwriting sequences. Do I need to name every sequence I make? Is there a way to just assign a sequence to a program and not have it affected by any other program? Please help....

you are supose to save all that shit to gather in the folder named "AUTOLOAD" (you create this folder) so the next time you turn on the mpc it loads everything automaticaly
