ok, maybe im crazy, but this is my problem,'
when i've made a beat and master compress and eq it in the mpc, it sounds fuller and thicker (compared to the beat without eq or compression)

BUT

when i record it through cubase, the eq and compressed verson sounds weaker - while the same beat WITHOUT eq or compression recorded through cubase sounds fuller and thicker..

me no understand.. any advice?

The same processing in different hardware/software doesn't always sound the same.

Do whatever sounds good to you and move on.

imo you'd be better off leaving the MPC comp and EQ off and doing
the majority of mixing on your DAW. I use the MPC comp for auditioning
stuff, to get an idea of how it might sound... but it's very likely
to change once you get it on your PC

keep at it dude!
