DAWs on Windows 7?

DAWs on Windows 7?

Im about to instal windows 7 now on my comp. just wondering if any one use any DAWs on windows 7, or know if some certain DAWs doesnt work on windows 7.

If you don't know how it's going to affect the DAW(s) you use, as well as if there are Windows 7 compatible drivers for any hardware you use, I wouldn't recommend installing it.

You could go to the daw websites and see what version(s) of windows they are friendly with?!?!
About to do something and not know what it does is not the way to go.

The thing is that Vista has given me alot of problems and i have heard alot of good things about windows vista 7 so it is something that im definetly installing.

Windows 7 professional & ultimate have a backwards compatible mode or xp mode. It's supposed to allow you to run your legacy xp programs and whatnot.

Don't know how reliable it is since I haven't tried it yet.
