12 levels not working with midi keyboard

Little question for you all 500 owners:

I have a midi keyboard that i use for basslines, synths...and can't use it when i turn the mpc on 12level mode, is there a special option for it or something i missed? i've been messin' around with the midi options but can't find anything...

12 Levels doesn't work with an external keyboard. For that you'll want to use MPC Maid or other software to create a chromatic program.

I'll do it that way, it's maybe even better to have a "real" program than only 12 pads
