Extractin Audio Channels from mpc3000 with Steinberg Cubase

Can I extract audio channels from my mpc 3000 with Steinberg Cubase like the video?
In the video they are using Reaper and Akai mpc 2000xl.

the problem is not the sync, but the trackinq out with cubase!
Does anybody knows how?
