All MPCs released in the past few years operate at 100v - 240v 50/60Hz no matter where your purchase them.

In the past, I hooked up members of the forums with new MPCs. But with the yen to dollar exchange rates, MPCs are way overpriced here. The MPC 2500SE is going for $1700.

dude, prices have been going up over here man... at least up in montreal.

I have been looking but I haven't found any US online retailers selling it or even the original for that matter which led to the discontinued talk.

I recently got the newest AMS catalog and I noticed it is missing the 2500 (unlike previous ones which had it)

Lol I used to do Co-op in the Toronto Moog Audio location. Heard the Montreal one is much bigger.

i dont know, it's decent in size considering the stuff they sell... not a lot of stuff is big. they have a lot on the website that I didn't see in the store like those funny PA speakers and gear made by companies I never heard of...

I always check moog audio out because the guy who runs is for some reason is always good to me. I never payed tax and always get a discount when I go there... got an axiom49 when it first came out a few years ago for $220 cash.. brand new. at the time moog was selling them for $340 or something.
