um, i wanted the 3000 because it came wit the 8outs and everything but after so much bullshit, with no graphical editing and shit, i just gave up on that. and i liked the 1000 the best of all(i was using it for so long, some of my hottest beats came from it. the 3000 didnt have a highpass filter, thats my most important tool in alot of my beats. i dont know, the only thing i do miss ab out the 3000 is how hard the kick drums knock. Another reason why it wasnt that great was because you only get to have 1 program at a time. I like the thought of being able to use alot more. Saving to a compact flash card is alot easier. I dont know, there is a whole range of things. The only thing to miss from the 3000 is the "gritty sound."
