JJ OS1 5.54: How to copy & PASTE?

have my 2500 since some days with JJ OS1 5.54.

try to figure out how to copy & paste in grid edit mode. i mean. i can choose and copy steps in the tracks (F3), but then i don´t find the way how to PASTE?

I've never used grid edit before..

Move cursor to the location you would like to paste.
Hold SHIFT then F5 key will show PASTE.
PASTE is not displayed on F5 unless OVER DUB is set to ON (the LED is lit).

The reason no one answered is because its all explained in the manual!!
