Are you saying the internal ZIP in the VP9000 is Atapi? Cardreaders for that are actually easier to find than SCSI ones, maybe not hotswappable, but still.

yes the zip drive is atapi.....model z250atapi from iomega

but they dont make them no more...you see them now and again on ebay but very rarely....

if you have ide only it will not be hot swappable......

Well that sounds fine for me, if I can get it for like 5 EUR including shipping. Can always hook up another ZIP or HD to the external SCSI to load stuff. Thanks!
