Hi, I have obtained a 2nd hand Akai Mpc 2000xl and I am just wandering which buttons should I press to know whether I have an 32 mb Ram upgrade. This will save me opening the back to see.

Press OPEN WINDOW while the sample mode screen is displayed, the Sound memory
window will appear and will show you how much RAM is installed.

The manual in your link differs slightly from mine. Probaly why its the unread version.
