looking for some mpc 4000 pros

i live in new jersey and would like to get some training on using my mpc 4000, just looking to get some tips and work with someone who knows the 4000 inside out ,as far as sampling tips and more.

t he only thing u gt 2 do is jus work on it for hrs and hrs i gt an mpc1000 and 4k and i had the the 4k in da closet for months and it a beast in every volcity im sayn i dnt kno wat 2 do even im confuse about both but they gt th job done give it time u good

I'll pay $50 an hour if you know the machine inside and out! I don't have time to play around as much as Id like too so I just sequence alot of original beats,, but there's alot I d like to learn as well, the more you know the further you can go!!

Just for people interested I took a clas with this guy Jay Quentin from craigdlist and he's definitely the TRUTH on the 4k!!! Also a really cool guy so if anyone here needs some assistance Holla at him,he really knows this machine, I had no idea there's so much you can do on just this machine alone!!

thats good to hear! does he teach you in a class somewhere? how does it work

i met him at his crib, but he teaches you whatever you want to know plus more.He has it down to science,hand positioning ,short cuts ,drum programming,whayever youbwant to know .he also teaches music theory, production,etc..
He also has some great music of his own that could easily compete with your fav producers,so if your looking to advance your skillz holla at em!!

i've been thinking about buying an MPC 4000. it's the only MPC i haven't used. i really wanted to try one before i drop the money on it. does Jay have an MPC 4000 at his spot? what's his contact number? his add is down on craigslist.

i found this dudes add on craigslist NYC for MPC lessons too. looks pretty offical. looks like he has a bunch of MPC's and other sound modules. he does MPC training courses if you're interested.
