song mode question

hey guys. im trying to setup my sequences as a song and then convert the song to a sequence so i can record it and save the song as a wav file to transfer to my pc. when i arrange the sequence in song mode and play it, it sounds good. but once i convert it to a sequence, the sample doesnt play how i played it and some drums are missing. can someone please help me with this? thanks.
