Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

the problem i have is, i have a small sample a few senconds!!
and i try to trim, and it takes for ever to spin the data wheel
..is their any other way but faster ?

i hear the outer wheel but i spin and dont work..

i know i can use the number keys, but its too slow..

anybody help,

why not just trim the numbers down in the trim mode?

Use the outer wheel to switch between number places, then the inner wheel to adjust the number. So if your sample is 147852 samples long you use the outer wheel to go from the two to the five, from the five to the eight and so on, and then from there you adjust the numbers. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

2 different wheels on the 2k and 2kxl.

He's talking about the wheels.

But a chopping tutorial is always a good look for self knowledge....

yeah i just found out my outer wheel on my mpc2000
dont work ;/ anybody know how to fixxx?

can i fix it m self i dont have the money to ..pay someone
