Can the loop screen settings be saved? I have been workin on this beat and have some bass sounds that are kick drums with the loop function on and just a little piece looped and filtered to use as my bass sounds. When workin on a beat I usually only save .aps and .mid. When I bring it back up to work on it the loops have to be set again and I never can get the same exact loop. The filter and attck/decay settings screen saves just not the loop settings. Any Help??

APS, ALL.

APS = all PGM's together.
ALL = all mixer, seq, trk and song settings.

Why don't you save ALL? Try it and reload APS and ALL
and see if loop settings are still there.

Of course save your samples and these files all within the same folder.

Thats what I was thinkin I was gonna have to do. I use zips and the .all files are big so I try not to save them if I dont have to. THX that or I been writing down the settings and reseting them but that way sux

Me on my 2kxl, I've always saved APS and ALL and I've never had a problem
like you described. When I reloaded and I go back into TRIM on a sample that had LOOP ON
it was always the same as I last saved it.

No need to write anything down just for this, just learn what is exactly saved inside of each save format and
continue from there.

When you save your .APS make sure when it says rewrite existing (takes longer) you change it from NO to YES. All Trim screen info including loop is saved with the .SND file. If you don't save a new .SND you won't be able to recall your loop.

And if you do any physical editing of wav's/snd's then remember to save APS and overwrite existing sounds so that the new edits will be saved as well. Exactly what Fung said.
