I use to take it to the skating rink dj booth run a mic into it then get the girls to holla stuff into it, then i could trigger their little shoutouts like radio station request lines.



that sampler was like a digital phone answering machine( tried sampling with the answering too, hold a mic to it & trigger 1 off sample stutters)


that's why considering what I & many of us used in past, ANY mpc was like space age in comparison
