Beginner needs help!

So, i made a beat. With MPC 2500. How can i export my sequences to my pc.
When i connect it with usb, theres only samples, program.pgm, project.prj and all_seqs&songs.all files.
What i want is to have my sequences in wav files.

Sorry if this same questions is answered already. That search didnt help at all.

Resample the main outs.

In record mode u can choose input source. Select main outs.

Save it as a sample and export the file through USB

Didnt work. In record mode it aint taking any signal. Maybe it has something to do with my connections with my mixer (Behringer Xenyx2222FX). I have routed all 8 assignable mix outs to each channel and stereo out to one channel.

FYI, when you record the main outs (resample) it doesn't show up in the record level monitor bargraph thingy...

Still no succes on this. Dunno what to do. Any ideas? Cant record it straight to mixer to pc, cos the sound is shitty. Maybe is should get external soundcard between my mixer and pc?
