Um, I think you need to at least check out some videos of others using it, if you don't want to read the manual (which is excellent and informative) before jumping to conclusions like that. Here's a few video reviews from saintjoe who replaced his MPC4000 with Maschine:

I think I remember going over the sampling in one of his Maschine videos.

How is there no way to sample? You just plug the turntable into your interface input
