Thanks man. :)

Q1 controls Start
Q2 controls End

The Knob Takeover setting also effects the Q-Link in the Trim Mode, so make sure it's set for how you want it to respond.

Dude, that's excellent. Thanks alot. How did I see not this in the manual? Again, thanks a lot man. I thought I was stuck with that data wheel! :)

I doubt it -- neither Akai or Numark are listed as Exhibitors.

Yea, and today was the first day of the Musikmesse -- anyone on this forum who went to the show?

Yep, that's probably what happened. And, by the way, I looked at pix from today's show of Akai's exhibition booth, and none of them showed any MPC stuff. Hence, not very likely we'll get an OS upgrade.

I'm still hopeful that summer NAMM will bring forth something. If not, then we def know the MPC 5k is finished!

Well, my hopes certainly dwindled when Akai wouldn't even bother to show the 5k at the Musikmesse.

akai could even have a new flagship on the horizon, but they're probably waiting for Roland and Rodger Linn to draw their cards first.

patience is a virtue in this horrible market...

Hence, we won't see a new MPC in years to come.

There was no MPC 5000 OS update. You must be so surprised.

LOL the only thing they did release recently was a shitty APC bag. Let's all speculate on what they will do next, shall we?
