Please help - MIDI VOL output won't stay constant.

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has struck this prob.

I'm using MPC60 II - when I'm on full level mode the 60 pads triggering external midi devices the Velocity won't stay constant. So when I record the pad triggers into the 60 they are not all full level either. When the beat loops around the hi hats for instance will all be different random levels. Could the hi hat decay switch be shorting out or something and sending messages to the pad trigger or something?

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hey man, lately I mainly use my 60 to sequence but I have never encountered or noticed this problem but im willing to check if I got the same thing. Will the pad in stepedit still say that the value is 127? Are you sequencing another sampler or synth?
