It will load back up, but if you don't save the program then any adjustments made to the samples (tuning, attack, decay, etc.) in the params section or mixer section, will be lost. So just save all seq, and save all pgms.

Okay so when i recorded the sequence i had the program setting off.Are you saying that i should just go to each indivisual track and turn the program setting to 1 instead of it being turned off?

Don't worry about that shit, just leave it off. I'm pretty sure that's for MIDI program changes, and if you don't have any of those, then I wouldn't even worry about, but then again I never use that so I don't know if that's definitely what its for.
