Should work. Looks close enough to the one I posted. :lol: Yes(the one I posted) rolls on carpet just fine, well about as good as an office chair on carpet.

If I remember correctly it has locking casters on that model. So you could just have it stationary. Having it movable is good if you have a small studio so you can roll it out of the way to reach a synth or etc.
