No sound... Help!!!!

My MPC was working fine. I turned it on this morning, and loaded up my usual project and the samples aren't playing. I can get them to play through the load screen to preview them, but they don't play in the sequences. Please help.

Do you hear the click?
Can you play the samples in the trim screen?

Did you re-assign them? Did you check your Mixer?

Is internal sound off ?
