Saving mixer settings

Ok I'm a 2000 user so don't scream on me. How do I save my mixer settings & samples as a program so I can load them up quickly without resetting the mixer every night. I'm doing the music for a stage play & Im using the 1000 to trigger snd efx. I tried a saving a few diff things but the mixer always defaulted back to full volume.

I dont have the manual, Its not my machine.

I use JJOS1 and the mixer settings are saved with the program, I don't know if it's the same with the Akai OS
