I will be copping more and more gear of this kind in future, I wanted something easy to use which sounds nice. My sound engineer friend recommended it and he mixes and tours with some bigger name rock groups. He also recommended DBX which I am watching out for something used for my next purchase. I think the RNC coupled with my Rane maybe as just a limiter are gonna be a deadly combo, especially when I compress to one of my tape reel units. I'm all about learning through experimentation and I just tested it with an old analog Panasonic (Ramsa) board through some shitty ass sears speakers and I was quite happy with how it sounded especially after just using software to compress so far. Thanks whoever recommended it on here too.
