Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Can I make my sequences overlap? For example, while one sequence is fading out another one is coming in. I don't know if this is possibe but I heard Primo do it a few times so I was wondering how to do it.

you cant overlap a sequence with an mpc. you could do that with some recording gear if i understand you correctly

yeah u can do it with a mpc in the other mode then 2nd seq. Then it will play 2 at once. i never used it though. imma try that shit tonight. but you can get some software like acid or ableton which is made easy to layer loops (seqs). that shit is cool cause it time stretchs shit real nice.

just hit Shift / Misc for the 2nd Seq feature
