how do you midi a korg m3 to an mpc 2000xl?

no luck! just like before,my korg is triggering sounds that i've loaded onto the mpc. i was told i need an midi in and out for both the m3 and the mpc,which i'd tried and i still dont hear any sounds coming from the m3. Do anyone have the same setup?

Where is your m3 audio outs (main out or individual outs) routed to?
Are they going to a mixer or monitors or what? MORE detail?!?!?!

m3 and mpc main outs go to a mixer/soundcard/interface.

Place your headphone plug in that mixer/soundcard/interface and you'll hear both machines.

Maybe hit up that page in tweakheadz about audio routing as well, you might find
some super useful stuff.
