help mpc 500

hi,
i have a normal mpc 500 with the akai flashcard and the 128 ram expansion.
my Problem:
When i play with the pads sometimes my mpc freeze after some time and on the display stands:
Int. gen. inst. PC(here stands diferent order of letters and numbers)
someone can help me ?

I got the same , it was the 128MB memory , my retailer have put a new one and now it works.

get the 128MB Ram Upgrade and get the 1.31 OS.
