I recently got a MoPhatt sound module and I was wondering

when selecting your sound at the "No. 1" in the PGM field

it starts at 0 on the Phatt but the MPC only starts as low as 1

0 is 1, 1 is 2, 2 is 3, etc.

I think it messes up my sequences, if I use Number 1 on the module on 1A on the MPC for example

when I select a new track, the sound from Number 1 (drums) is different, now it's 2 (bass)

what's up with that? other than that I haven't had much of a problem with it, it's great

I'm switching the MIDI channels on each track and matching them up and everything, it works fine

just when dealing with the numbers weird stuff happens

I also have a Proteus sound module

it doesn't have seperate banks of 128 sounds like the MoPhatt

the numbers just keep going

say I want to use sound #178 or something..

how would I do that on the MPC if I can't get past 128?
