"Mr D, I just and ONLY have a MIDI OUT A cable running into Fantom´s IN."
There's your problem right there. You also need a MIDI out from the Fantom to the MIDI in of the Mp. Without it, there is no way for the Mp to record the keystrokes from the Fantom. I hope that helps, as I stopped reading after this line.
A lot of people who have been doing this for a long time forget how hard this stuff can be to someone who is just starting out. Especially if you don't have anyone to show you. The good thing is, when you learn by yourself, you know why everything is set the way it is. You will learn, I promise you. Just keep at it.
If you still have problems, I want you to turn off all of the sync options. Before you start syncing things (Which I dont think you really want to do here anyway. Syncing is good if you are sequencing the fantom on its own sequencer, then recording the Mp on its own sequencer and having these both play in time together-If you did want to do this MIDI Clock would be better than MIDI Time Code anyways...) If I'm reading this right, you just want to use the MPC sequencer to sequence everything. Hook up your MIDI cables, shut off the sync and try again. If this does not solve the problem, or I've got the wrong idea about what your trying to do, I will try my best to get you there. Peace... I'll be looking for a responce.
