Basically, yes, any turntable is good. Something good and reliable is the well known Technics SL1210 MKII.

Yeah, should be okay as well! I think the MPCs phono preamp is the same quality as the one in most of the affordable DJ mixers.

Unless you're not an audiophile most of the turntabels should work! I've seen alot of people using the Vestax Handytrax or the similarly small Numark unit.

yeah.. what MPC do you have? the 5000? A lot of MPCs dont have phono preamps.
