windows 7 and mpc500

im new to this site and the mpc and im running a laptop with windows 7 that doesnt seem to sync up with my mpc500, is there any dl to fix this or am i just doing something wrong? any help would be much appreciated... thank you in advance

You're probably doing something wrong.

Please explain exactly what you are doing and somebody can probably tell you what to do.

Please note... just hooking up the MPC 500 to the computer does not initiate USB mode. In case you didn't know.
