MPC1000 new for Euro 600

I've been offered here (Spain) a brand new MPC1000 (unopened) for Euro 600.
Is it a good price?

Depends on which version it is. Is it a new black one with new style pads or a new black one with the defective pads?

if it comes with some kind of warranty, then yes, otherwise it's probably not worth it. and if it has the old crappy pads then it's not worth it at all.

It is the newest version. The one is selling now. And it comes with no paper.
What will be a good price in this case? Do you think that Euro 500?

you can get a black v.2 1000 with built in harddrive (up to 120gb), jj os2, cf card for around 500 up at ebay.

500 is a very good deal. most of them will sell for around 620. if you have some time, you can check ebay regularily for 3 weeks and get a good deal.

Well, thanks all for your replies.
I´ve finally bought the MPC1000 for Euro 550.
It is brand new in an unoppened box and comes with a manual and a CF Card.
It is version 2 and the model is MPC1000BK and the pads are the new version.
It doesn´t come with HDD or memory upgrade.
The guy that have sold it to me have another if someone is interested.
