I cant hear any sounds!!!

yooooo!!! i cant hear sounds except when im in trim and load mode, when im in the main screen and attempt to try to play a pad or a sequence, nothing comes out. i need help please!!

I dont know if this could have caused it but i recorded sum drum tracks and sequences on pro tools le on the mbox2 via midi cables...any suggestion on how i can fix this is greatly appreciated

Have you set up a program?
[mode][load] samples in, then
[mode][program] hit (to choose) a pad, cursor to window '1', assign sample with data wheel.
