How can I fix this problem on my 2kxl

I have a beat I made today and saved it to a floppy and I often go back to edit my beats...so today I was taking out something I wanted out of a chop and I saved everything when I finished(all programs and sounds & all sequences and songs)I turn off the mpc then load everything up again and for some reason the mpc loaded it the way it was before I took what I wanted out of the chop...I don't get this

Replace same sounds?

Second,I want to get this straight...when I usually have to save again after editing the Mpc asks me do I want to replace and I proceed with that then I save all sequences and songs then all programs and sounds is this the correct way?That is what you mean by "save ALL" right?

No. ALL is actually a file type thats detailed in your manual. The manual will tell you what
each file type contains so you know EXACTLY what your saving. I'm guessing you have the unread version of the manual, lmao. Don't shrug off the manual, it's more of a friend than some people think.

example: Save each file type all into a folder "90'sHip_Hop_Head". Each project gets it's own folder (folder on 2kxl, partition on 2k).

90'sHip_Hop_Head.ALL
90'sHip_Hop_Head.APS (replace sounds, yes, do that.

Lol @ Unread version of the manual...I would use the manual if I had it in a physical copy(I have to order one sooner or later)...I hate using the computer 2kxl manual cause' I have to go from my room to the computer room just to use it

But yo When I had my Multi card drive Mpc almost a year ago I had "folders" that I remember as clear as day haha but now Im using floppies So I don't have any folders...
