So I know its been done a lot, but I really have no idea where to even start with this since I havent had much exposure to motown cuz i grew up outside of the uS. I didnt know what the hell motown was till i moved here 3 or 4 years ago. Im looking for something with a girl group singing ooohhhhhhhss and ahhhhhhhhhs harmonized, it has to be mad slow too. Thanks.

Hi guys, I wasted the last five years listening to wack reggaeton, but I can't be bothered to spend a couple hours listening to some of the BEST AND MOST EASILY AVAILABLE MUSIC EVER RECORDED to find some vocals to pilfer. Will you do my homework for me?

P.S. I am a producer.

A. I'm not bored and I don't work in front of a computer, I build houses. (you wouldn't curse me to my face, trus this)
B. I am a crotchety old f***er, and I reserve the right to dis lazy azz young folks. Seriously, every thrift store I go to has Motown comps for $1 (not to mention the youtube).

Yall kids want to ask questions but you don't want the truth. I might be an a-hole, but I'm giving you the BEST answer to your question. YOU need to spend a little time and listen to this music for yourself, not just to find your sample, but to LEARN about this wonderful music and enrich your knowledge in a meaningful way.

Nice song - just as an opinion - Id say that this was more 'doo-wop' than Motown. Motown music tends to be a bit more upbeat in tempo (it was basically dance music) whereas stuff like your link is more ballad-like.
Both are great to listen to, but I'd really check out stuff by Phil Spector first before getting too much into Motown if you want more stuff like the link you posted.
