I don't usually work much with loops, but I've been trying to mess around with them lately. What I'm wondering is when you have a loop going and you mute it is there any way to unmute it without waiting for the loop to restart. It seems as if it's sending a "note off" rather than just cutting the sound. I know that I could use individual outs into a mixer, but I'm looking for a way to do it in the Mp.
Also, is this how all of the Mp's have been? Is this something with the JJ os, or has it always been like this? Thanks in advance.

Right on... Thank you sir.

Edit: I understand where I got lost now... This is only on XL, and I usually use ver. 2. I'm going to switch to XL at least for a while. Now that it has loop edit, this, and a few other things, it's looking real good. Automation is my biggest hold out, but I may be able to work around it. Peace...
