Sending Midi Information from Mpc to Computer Program

I have been trying to teach myself how to send the mpc sounds/infromation to the program im running on my computer which is reason/FL studios. Is it possible to send the chops from the drum breaks i find and the samples i used from the vinyl's i cut on the mpc to a program like reason or FL studios ? and how would i go about doing so ?
