MIDI in MPC2500

How can i use my MIDI keyboard "Edirol" in MPC2500 ? I want to connect the VSTi working on PC by USB cable to the keyboard and then to the MPC by MIDI cable to use the sounds of the VSTi of PC in MPC, using the keyboard....

no, the midi goes through the mpc.
When u record the keyboard events the mpc will record the midi data. During playback those recorded midi events trigger the sounds in ur pc according to the recorded data in the mpc's sequencer

Right.. i'll try that...but in the MPC it's necessary to activate something? Or just press the buttons Rec+Play and touch the notes of the keyboard?

the only other thing you would need to do to use MIDI would be to switch your track from DRUM to MIDI and assign the MIDI channel you want to use on the far right [for example 1A, which means midi out A, channel 1].
