wrong file

ne body have have this come up when tryin 2 load off of a disk that youve used many of times.that shit happend to me when tryn 2 load up my beats that i had saved....so now i cant load up the program or the sequences..really wished i saved all my samples on a another disk now...nebody have ne ideas of how 2 mayb recover some of the stuff of my disk

Disk? What MPC model do you have, and are you in the right Forum?

If it is a MPC1000, try a CHKDSK /R (or the Mac equivalent) on your CF Card, check for FS corruption...

On a Mac just start up Disk Utility in the Utilities folder.

What does the CF card show up as on the computer? Lots of suggestions..

- Try copying the files to your computer's hard drive
- Try the card on another computer
- Try fixing it with the PC tool stereoroid mentioned
- Try copying the files to your computer, formatting the card, then copying the files back
