Event ASP 6 anyone use these?

Anyone use these? I like them I guess might need a Subwoofer though.

I don't own a pair of those monitors (I've got the event ps8's), but whenever I'm at my boys crib he's using the asp 8's coupled with dual subs. They sound pretty accurate from what I've heard (in other words, good).

Plus I'd suspect that since those 6's lack more bottom end than the 8's, you'll probably want to go with a sub anyway to compensate for that.

I have a pair and they sound really good and accurate and I dont have a problem with the low end. But with that said I would probably not have bought them in hindsight because its not a matter of if your amps will blow but when. When they go bad they distort the audio and create hisses and hums. They can be fixed and replaced with parts of higher quality and they will sound (excellent )even better than stock but unless you want to invest the time into replacing the parts yourself I would look for other monitors.
