how badly is jjos needed?

mines in the mail...just wonderin...since im a noob...should i get os1 or os2 or os2xl ?? or stick with 3.09 till i get used to it.

Install and try them all out for urself for free.. you just can't save till you pay for the password.
Have a play with them all and you'll soon get a feel for which features are most important to you.
Everyone has different priorities on which features they prefer, so it's not a str8 fwd answer.
It's gonna be between OS2XL and OS2 probably.

you cant install OS2 or XL without buying OS1 first..

It's not needed. It's just like,,, if you're really into the MPC and have a 1000/2500, why would you NOT get the improved OS?
