1000 jjos ver 4.68 usb file transfer

I just got this mpc that came with this os installed and cant find a manual for it. I'm trying to transfer a wav file from my laptop (windows) to the mpc by usb. Do I need to install drivers for this to work? Can someone please explain how to transfer a file, or know of where to find the manual?

Also, how do I delete memory from the CF card? It came full and I can't figure out how to delete anything to save a sequence I made.

You don't need any drivers for the mpc's part.
Go to load and hit the USB tab.
