Exporting Pro Tools Projects in Individual WAVs

mind you I don't usually have more than 10 to 12 tracks, most mono, but here's what I do. Just take all those tracks and set the outputs to a bus. Now make as many new tracks as needed and set those new track inputs to the bus # you had on the out of the other tracks. Then you can record all your tracks at once to the new tracks. It'll now have your effects on the new copies. Now you can select those new copies one by one and press (on mac) command+shift+k and it'll export them. A little more work, but still faster than bouncing each track cause when you export it's not in realtime.

just consolidate regions in each channel and then export the regions a lot quicker than realtime bounce.

poundaproblem wrote:Consolidate is not a very good option in this case. Because he is going to import them to a DAW that isnt Pro Tools. So when they import them nothing will line up. If he does a real time bounce from the absolute beginning all the tracks will line up when imported.
