What OS are you wanting? 1.14 is the latest and the one with least bugs.

OK I JUST INSTALLED IT BUT WEN I TURN ON MY MPC IT ASKS FOR DISK
I DONT LIKE THAT SHHIT
I TRASHED MY ROLAND W30 FOR DOING THAT SO HELP ME OUT

It shouldn't be doing that - the XL loads its OS from internal Flash memory. Try installing it again.
