Sup YAAAAALL
I'm wondering what I should buy next. I'm suddenly craving a new piece of gear, after not making beats while at school.
I've got a mac, running old logic express, firewire'd to a presonus FP10. I've got HS50's with monstercables. I've got a MPC500, and a planet phatt, with a shitty old keyboard, but has MIDI in and out. I've got some other rack gear, mostly crap. Nothing over $150. I had a focusrite ISA One, but recently sold it because I couldn't justify keeping it, without having a neumann or something. For now I'll keep my cascade fat heads. I have a full room as a studio, desks, vocal booth, etc.
What would you recommend getting next?
I don't really want a preamp - i feel like nothing in my price range would increase my sound that much. New outboard gear? New keyboard? Different MPC? New logic? S900 or 950 or variations?
