hey, i like the song 'I Couldn't Believe What Happened Last Night' off that Rare Earth record, drumbreak too, i think.

And yeah, you should definitely check for Cornell Dupree. dude was on literally thousands of jazz/funk/soul songs in the 60's and 70's. Check him out on side 2 of Donny Hathaway's 'Live' record on Atco...

went to the flea market yesterday with one of my non-digging friends.got this 200 motels there at at not so great price and my boy was like "you like records?
..i got some in my attic that were my burnout uncles that you can have!" it was a major score heres about 1/4 of the records i got off him minus the zappa.didnt have to put in any work to get these but having this rubber band hendrix songbook original press in mint condition...for free! made my week

Yeah, pretty much the best day diggin' ever. Damn I need to get back to this joint, only a few hours away and chock full of love. Under $50 for this whole lot and everything plays smooth as silk. Image
