Hey dood Im relatively new to all this and Im running JJOS 1 rather that the freebie.....but im assuming its all the same.
Basically when you chop the sample you then convert it to sliced samples and it will give you the option to create a programme to which you select "yes" and Bobs your mothers brother.
If you are manually chopping (not using autochop) once you have chopped and renamed your new samples come out of the trim window and hit "Mode" and "Programme" hit pad 1 and select whichever sample you want for that pad. Then hit pad 2 and select the sample for that and so on and so forth
