Nope, this isn't possible with the MPC60 (or any other MPC than the 4000 AFAIK) The reason is that the MPC has a different structure than rack sampler. There are no keygroups that can spread a sample over the keyboard (or rather over a range of MIDI notes).
The only way to play chords with a keyboard is to assign the sample to many pads (and assign the correct MIDI note number) and tune each pad.

The MPC 1000/2500 with JJOS can create chromatic note spreads (as of OS1) and has an instrument implementation that is closer to keygroups and allows you to do this same functionality (as of OS2/OS2XL). So saying no MPC does this isn't quite true, but I know what you are getting at anyways.

But yes, if you want to do this on the MPC 60, be prepared to do a lot of work assigning the sample to all pads, and then setting the tune +/- by semitone for each pad. It is a lot of work, but if it gets the result you are looking for may be well worth it.

Best of luck.
