dude mpc users infringe on copyrights all day everyday with beats

if not gonna clear music samples why clear pic samples

if anything a pete rock pic on a shirt can bring pete rock more fans that may be unaware until they see/ask you who's on ya shirt

I can understand why everyone falls over that question but it is not a weird one to ask imo. My initial thought was that the guy was gonna make a few bucks with this that he was gonna lose again over copyright stuff.

I got a dude on the inside where I can get tees and printing done pretty cheap. So it's cool if I grab these designs, print up my own batch and sell them for $5 less? I'll certainly add my own spin on it - probably use purple because I love that color.

And if you guys release any music we'll buy 1 copy and post it up on filesharing sites so everyone else can grab it for free, listen to it, and cop large samples of it for their own tunes.

You guys all cool with that?

you're right, he should find the company/people that used to own akai back in the day when they made the 60 and pay them 20% of what they earn. then they should pay roger linn 20% and they should pay the girl 20% and they should pay dj kool herc 20% for inventing hip hop because without it those shirts would mean nothing.

Oh and guys, if you have some albums/mixtapes you want up on demonoid (torrent website) then PM me. The symphony sounds mixtape has had like 35-40 downloads in 3 days.

Oldgearguy,

Are you an old guy that likes gear, or a guy that likes only old gear? Just curious...

sounds like the writer of that sketch/article was under the impression that puffy was the first person ever to sample..

The author was probably just picking the most prominant person at the time to make fun of... I think that article is almost 12 years old now.

More importantly, how can we compete with Puffy buying all the samples? Does anybody ever think of the baby sample heads?

I start wearing a uniform to work next week. It is a light blue polo and khaki pants - I have a great collection of cute khakis now!!! They told us today we can wear a long sleeve tee under the polo shirt so now I am in the market for some long sleeeve layering tees. I want crew neck but not too close to my neck. Fairly lightweight. Under $30/piece.
Any ideas?
