I recently procured a 1000 from a buddy and during operation it will jump from one pad bank to another (not all the time but more than I want it to). IT always seems to skip to B or C. I don't know if this is a malfunction with the pads or if it's a hard-drive concern. Sometimes after it skips, not always, it freezes. The only way I can get back to Pad bank A is to hit main then the desired bank. This is frustrating the be-jesus out of me because this machine is amazing! I got it through a friend so there is no warranty. My guy told me it could be that the pads came unglued and another buddy thinks it could be loose wiring. Please-any advice would help....
